Most of the higher institutions offering career lessons are developing techniques to ensure that the teacher and the Lerner benefit from the lessons. There is a constant need for the teachers to attend the different forums while the students also need to be equipped with practical knowledge. When the career development coaching are well organized, then there can be considerable gains. The following are some of the ways to verify if the model is working or not:

The right model should be able to produce results and be transformative. They need to address the needs for these individuals and ensure that the main emphasis is on career growth. It should also enhance the leadership qualities of both the staff and the learners in an institution. It should have a follow up mechanism that ensures that the leaner progresses and different goals are set.

The leaner and the teachers need to work in collaboration. Respect for the teachers from the learners is mandatory to create a room for collaboration. Through collaborative approaches, the teachers will point out on the problems from the students, and they need to effectively plan on how they can come up with the solutions. The materials used by the teachers needs to foster intellectual debates and the classes to be as interactive as possible.

There should be a flow in between the theory and the practical lessons. The teacher needs to apply the different approaches learnt and encourage the students to also be practical. The approach used needs to raise questions on the current trends of these lessons and even develop mechanisms to address the emerging issues. The model should not offer any conflicting information in the different grades and the learners should use their brain power to come up with information.

It needs to understand that the needs for the students are dynamic. It should be responsive and address most of the needs of the students. The use of multiple sources of information helps the students to formulate different questions. It should ensure that both the learner and the student are aware of the needs and help them achieve their success.

The model should not produce any loophole in the course of these lessons. The lessons should develop from one point to another in a systematic way. It should enhance the ongoing lessons and also facilitate the continuous studies. The basic point and advanced lessons needs to be given the same attention. The teacher has a mandate to ensure that they understand the in-depths of the subject.

Active leaning needs to be fostered by the program. The students and teachers needs to understand that there are wide skills, knowledge and expertise that need to be gained during their career. The different groups such as the action research groups and peer groups need to be created for active learning. The discussion and debate groups should be formed to gauge the students in their levels of understanding.

The teacher needs to apply more of the active learning. With the broad knowledge and expertise to be exercised both the teachers needs to stimulate their selves. This can be achieved through the debates, brain powered research, discussion groups and active research. This while ensure that the students share their information and to learn new techniques in their career life.
