Lucid is a dream where the individual is in total or in partial control of their selves, surroundings by making the realization that they are asleep. This is the part where the individual can play around with any extra abilities that are in stored inside their brains. All the scientific logics and studies are being cast aside when a person enters the lucid dream. People have been trying to do it for the sole purpose of having to do it without affecting anyone. They can imagine things that they are not able to do in real life. When it concerns with lucid dream meaning, people must do research first before mastering the art.

There are many people who want to try their curiosity and learn the basic fundamentals on how to enter the state of lucid dreaming. Many dream awareness and techniques to ensure to enter the state of mind. Keeping a dream journal is one of them. The individual must write all their experiences during the state after waking up. The mind will be train to remember all the facts, emotions and sensations which are important.

The individual must follow a strict discipline to and have the basics of rapid eye movement. Sticking to a daily schedule and sleeping long enough hours to get well rested in bed. Balancing is the key because some people gets interrupted at the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to sleep. In this case, trying a different technique is a must.

Listening to binaural beats is also a good instigator. By sending a different frequency to each ear, the brain will deduce the two sound waves overlying design as an auditory beat even though no beat is included in the sound. Binaural beats can come with calming contextual melody, or just the beat itself.

After waking up, write down the dreams and stay awake for a while. The aim is to let the mind and consciousness active while letting body full asleep. Eating some snacks or meals for at least about thirty minutes to an hour is essential.

Drifting back into sleep after waking up from the dream may hold the key into going in a certain state of mind. After waking up, write into the journal and focus about the daydream. Always notice a sign or a reality check and drift back into slumber.

If no other methods work well for you, try other techniques of concentration. Concentrating on small things like fingers and by remembering their rhythm will make the person remember everything. It does not have to be complicated, just a simple tap of fingers and meditation and focus.

If a person is adventurous enough to try and enter the lucid state, they must conduct thorough research first. It is important to gather as much information as possible before trying something new. The benefits of doing research are that it would allow you to investigate and learn how the procedure and the outcome will unfold.

Sleep paralysis may happen during the transition and the rapid eye movement. You are aware of your surroundings and yet have no control of your body and could create hallucinations and illusions. Every individual must be ready to take the risk and have fun when they completely master the art.
